At Nit Clips we are happy to accept returned products that are “new and unused” and in the original, unopened packaging. On receiving your returned item we will gladly send you a replacement product or refund your purchase price (excluding the handling & freight fee).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. “New and unused” means the packaging has not been torn or removed; and the item has not been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any used or opened items. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. In case of sensitivity to any of the products, we regret that we are not able to offer a refund, credit or exchange.

To return an item:

  1. Pack your item in secure packaging.
  2. Complete the Nit ClipsReturns Form  – supplied by request; please email
  3. When completing the Returns Form, please include all details; complete contact details, reason for return and include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
  4. If you wish to exchange the item for another style, please list what product you wish to swap it over for on the form. We will not charge you freight again for exchanges.
